Thrive - Creative Encounters

On a quest to boost their research, engage with new audiences and to get a fresh perspective on their work, Creative Encounters 2020 brought together researchers, media students and creatives to transform research into a series of new creative projects.

I had the absolute pleasure of teaming up with researcher Julia Hayes to create ‘Thrive’ for Cambridge University Creative Encounters. The film talks about Julia’s PhD research, which focuses on the Escuela Nueva schooling model in Colombia, and shares the views of teachers on how they address the needs of children with disabilities in rural areas.
